Gifted Convention Co-chair opening

The Illinois Association for Gifted Children is offering the opportunity for
an individual to co-chair our IAGC Convention. This job would entail
planning and implementation of the event at the Chicago Marriott
Downtown.
Essential aspects of the job description involve collaborating with a co-chair
to accomplish:
• Negotiating a contract.
• Procuring presenters.
• Working with the office staff to implement various components.
• Overseeing all aspects of the convention details including
implementation of the event at the hotel.
• Presenting a report in person or in written form for each quarterly
board meeting.
The total stipend of $5,000 would be paid quarterly to each co-chair. Please
feel free to share this with anyone who you think may be interested in this
